This seminar will cover the following topics:

1) Introduction to Section 3 Estate Agents Act and Paragraph 12 of Code of Ethics & Professional Client Care

2) General Principles of Ethical Advertising

3) Duties of Estate Agents and Salespersons

4) Guidelines specific to Property Advertising: CEA’s Practice Guidelines on Ethical Advertising

5) Applications in estate agency work

6) CASE Studies

Trainer:

1)Mr Ray Ng is a UK marketing graduate and a practising real estate marketeer for 16 years. He had achieved the Singapore Realtor of the Year Award and is an experienced mentor and trainer for salespersons in the real estate industry. Ray owns a training consultancy firm that specializes in the training of Real Estate Salespersons and Team Managers.

For cash/nets payment, please register directly at our office. Operating hours are from 9am-5pm (Mon-Fri), please avoid lunchtime from 1pm-2pm.

NOTE:
- Seats will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Online/cash/nets payment are thus encouraged as seats may already be filled upon receiving cheque.

A Certificate of Attendance shall be issued to participants only if full attendance requirement of the core CPD activity/seminar has been met.
