Seminar Fee (incl GST): $50 (SAEA Member), $80 (Non-Member) & $60 (Corporate Member)
**2 core CPD credit hours approved by the CEA for the mandatory CPD Scheme will be awarded for this seminar
This seminar will cover the following topics:
1) An overview of the Estate Agents Act and Estate Agency Work Regulations, general offences and penalties
2) Exposition on legal provisions which require salespersons representing their Estate Agents to:
a)Make disclosures of interests in situations of Conflict of Interest
b)Dual Representation
c)Handling of Monies
d)No referrals to moneylenders
e)Use of CEA’s name and symbols
f)Duties to clients in relation to signing documents
g)Conveying offers and counter-offers
h)Safeguarding confidentiality of clients’ information
3) The mandatory requirements of Continuing Professional Development for renewal of registration
4) Embracing ongoing learning as a way of improving professional standing in the industry to go beyond the minimum 6 credit hours
Trainer:
1) Mr Harold Tan, educator and consultant with years of experieince in various Senior Executive positions in real estate development, investment and consultancy companies. He is an associate professor and director with NUS (Real Estate Career Centre).

A Certificate of Attendance shall be issued to participants only if full attendance requirement of the core CPD activity/seminar has been met.
