7.Duty and standard of care in tort

8.Misrepresentation and negligence with case law illustrations

9.Estate Agent’s vicarious responsibility over acts of salespersons

10.Fiduciary duty relationship

Trainer: 

1) Mr Harold Tan is the Chief Executive Officer of Vista Associates International, a company which provides advisory on real estate strategies, business solutions and executive training. He has some 30 years of experience in the real estate industry having worked in both public and private sectors, holding various senior positions covering investment, development and management of various sectors of the real estate market.

Harold holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Estate Management) from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Arts (Business Administration) from the University of Georgia (USA). He was formerly an Associate Professor in Real Estate at NUS. Prior to that, he was General Manager (Township Development) at Keppel Land International Ltd.  He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the American Management Institute and the Singapore Training & Development Association (STADA) and has taught real estate courses for organizations such as Dubai Real Estate Institute, Temasek Wealth Management Institute and Capitaland Institute of Management & Business.
