About the course

This course is developed for the specific purpose of equipping KEOs and Senior salespersons in the real estate industry with a firm understanding of the workings of Conveyancing Practice in Singapore to enable them to guide their representatives effectively, and discharge their duties responsibly towards clients. The course is developed and will be lectured by practising lawyer(s) whose practice covers conveyancing, contracts (selling, buying and leasing) and other real estate matters.

What will you learn from the course?

You will learn about the land system in Singapore, and the various principles of law that apply to and impact the real estate services. You will also be introduced to the following broad areas of Conveyancing practice, such as preliminary issues which concern parties to property transactions before the contracts for the transactions are formed, basic introduction to matters relating to leasing agreements, developers’ projects, the law & proceedings of various contracts that are important to real estate practitioners etc (Click here for more details)

What you will achieve from this course?

Besides being awarded a Certificate of Attendance (6 *core credit hours), you will also be given a course certificate from SIM University upon completion (provided that all *requirements are met).
