This seminar will cover the following topics:

1. Clarity in issues pertaining to conflict of interest in sale and rental transactions as stated in the Estate Agency Work Regulations
   
   
2. Potential situations of conflict of interests -- analysis and recommendations
   
   
3. An in-depth appreciation of Paragraphs 6 and 13 of The First Schedule, Code of Ethics & Professional Client Care
   
   
4. Issues relating to conflict of interests
   
   
5. Actions towards avoiding conflict of interests

Trainers: 

1) Mr Daryl Ou  has more than 13 years of real estate experience. He has held various senior management  positions and had successfully spearheaded several agencies. He is an accomplished trainer of the Real Estate Salesperson course and holds double diplomas in Marketing and Engineering.
