This seminar will cover the following topics:
- Clarity in issues pertaining to conflict of interest in sale and rental transactions as stated in the Estate Agency Work Regulations
- Potential situations of conflict of interests -- analysis and recommendations
- An in-depth appreciation of Paragraphs 6 and 13 of The First Schedule, Code of Ethics & Professional Client Care
- Issues relating to conflict of interests
- Actions towards avoiding conflict of interests
Trainer:
1) Mr Tay Kah Poh is Chairman of SAEA and adjunct lecturer with the Dept of Real Estate, NUS. He is a consultant (property) with Straits Trading Co Ltd.
