Are we becoming too focused on our agenda that we overlooked the necessary skills in delivering a message?
One of the most common mistakes made by salespersons when it comes to communicating with their clients is making assumptions. A successful salesperson is an effective communicator who does not jump into conclusion, is able to deliver a clear message; who understands his/her own strengths and make it work for him/her in determining client’s needs.
With the amount of information and choices clients have on hand in the current volatile market, it takes great influencing skills to nail a deal. Mastering the art of influencing will require one to understand his/her own communication behaviour (temperaments) and at the same time interpret the communication behaviour of others.
This half day workshop specially designed for real estate salespersons will provide profiling tools and include hands-on activities that help you communicate clearly, expand your sphere of influence and hence close more deals! The program outline is as follows:

Trainer:
Geoy May Li, Managing Consultant of Vines Consulting has over 10 years of experience in Consulting and facilitation, as well as business experience in key positions in various organizations, her area of specialization is in Customer Centric Initiatives (CCI), Service Leadership and Customer Engagements. Her key strength is in the integration of leadership perspective, business strategies and field implementation to deliver the customer centric solutions.
May Li has acquired skill set and passion for consulting during her tenure with Service Quality (SQ) Centre. As a Director, Business Development and Special Projects, she leads the both teams in managing a wide portfolio of commercial clients and partnerships with government agencies such as Spring Singapore for CCI (Customer Centric Initiatives) and WDA in the development of many nationally certified programs such as PGS (Provide Gems Service), CSP (Customer Service Practitioners) and WSQ series under the Service Excellence framework. Her commercial projects include retail industries, automotive, real estate, Airlines, consumer products as well as luxury brands.
