Preview Description

This two hour preview session will help you find out more about the SAMP™ course and how it will benefit you. The SAMP™ course is mooted in a joint collaboration between the Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies Ltd (SAEA) and SingCapital Pte Ltd.

This is a one and a half day course which will equip the course participants with the knowledge and skills to both plan and manage a mortgage.

Course participants will also be introduced to creative financing strategies, as well as the effective use of leverage - a critical element that will improve borrowing capabilities and help create greater wealth. This helps them to add value to the buying and selling process that they undertake to serve their clients. For more information on the course itself, click here.
