Getting Accredited

Responsibilities

All accredited agencies are responsible for the conduct and practice of any “non accredited” agent employees and associates under their charge.

Similarly, while all accredited agents will be responsible for their own conduct and practice, all accredited agencies will also be responsible for the conduct and practice of accredited agents under their charge and employment. For the purpose of the accreditation scheme, the term “employment” includes those associates or brokers working for the accredited agencies.

Despite the accreditation under the scheme, all individual accredited agents will be held responsible and liable for any shortcomings or deficiencies in their work and will attempt to uphold the status of their accreditation. All accredited agents using the name of the accredited agencies must be an employee or associate or the sole proprietor or partner of the agencies.
