1. Accredited salespersons registered with CEA
All SAEA accredited salespersons registered with CEA will be eligible for the award.
2. Minimum period of practice
Nominees for (a) Best Salesperson and (b) Best Client Service Awards must be attached to an accredited agency for at least 6 months. Nominees for (c) Best Leader Award would require minimum 2 years
3. Completion of nomination forms
Nomination forms for (b) Best Client Service Award 2011 must be completed by the client (i.e. buyer, seller, tenant or landlord) who deals with the nominee during the period 1 Jul 2010 to 30 Jun 2011. Nomination forms for (c) Best Leader Award must be completed by the agency management (i.e. the CEO/MD).
4. Professionalism
Nominees must not have disciplinary action taken against him/her from the time of nomination to receipt of award.
