About the Author
 
Dr Lim Lan Yuan has more than 40 years of extensive experience in the real estate business market and has been involved in valuation, property development, management, education, training and consultancy. He is also a licensed appraiser and is currently the President of Valuation & General Practice Division of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers, President of FIABCI Singapore and the Association of Property and Facility Managers. In addition to his doctorate, Dr Lim holds an MBA, a MSc (Construction Management), LLM, BSc (Estate Management), BSc (Econs) and LLB.
