This seminar will cover the following topic

The key objective is to familiarize participants on the various forms/types of landed properties their characteristic. Participants will be introduced to the Residential Property Act and salient points to note in the sale and lease of landed properties.

- Development Control For landed properties and Residential Property Act 
- Key relevance to be observed in OTP and Tenancy documents.

Participants will understand the various landed property under the development guidelines and understand the relevant legislation relating to the Landed property especially purchase by foreigners.
