**6 core CPD credit hours approved by the CEA for the mandatory CPD Scheme will be awarded for this course ONLY if you have completed the course (meeting the FULL attendance requirements and attempted the compulsory Class test and assignment)

1. Systems of Law and Administration of Land in Singapore

2. The Contract, The Conveyancing Process & The Due Diligence Process

3. Legal Requisitions, Documents & Completion

4. Laws & Proceedings affecting validity of contract for Sale & Purchase transactions

5. Laws & Proceedings affecting Contracts for Sale & Purchase

6. Leases; Housing Developers; Remedies

Trainer: 

1) Ms Ng Pui Khim is a director and practicing lawyer with over 20 years of legal practice experience in conveyancing, family law, probate and general solicitors’ work. She is also an adjunct lecturer with UniSIM.
