SAEA is officially an Approved Course Provider (ACP) appointed by the Council for Estate Agencies to conduct the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Course. As the industry's accreditation body, SAEA draws upon its reservoir of experience in industry engagement and enhancement to bring the best of real estate education to bear on the new landscape of the real estate agency profession. Besides being an ACP for RES course, SAEA conducts frequent seminars to inform, educate and raise the level of professional competence and conduct among its accredited agents and salespersons.
