Getting an Offer on Your Flat/Home

1) Right Pricing
Set a price at the lower end of your property’s realistic price range.

2) Preparation for visitors
Get your flat/home market ready at least 2 weeks before you begin showing it.

3) Be flexible about showings
It may be disruptive to have to allow a viewing session at the spur of the moment. But the more amenable you can be about letting people see your flat/home, the sooner you will find a buyer.

4) Anticipating possible offers
Decide in advance what price and terms you deem acceptable.

5) Consider adjustments to expected asking price
If your home has been on the market for more than 30 days without an offer, you should be prepared to at least consider lowering your asking price.
